Totally Nutz started with one cart, one recipe, & a lot of early mornings, long days at events & festivals . Today, we're still roasting small batches by hand just with a few more carts & a lot more of the Triad to cover.

Totally Nutz started the way most good local businesses do, with a folding table, a small kettle, & a lot of trial & error getting the glaze right. What began as weekend booths at Markets grew into a cart that now shows up at festivals, fairs, weddings, & company parties across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, & High Point.
We’re still a hands-on operation. Every batch is roasted & glazed by someone who lives here, ships from here, & shows up in person to roast at your event not a warehouse three states away.
Same recipe, roasted the same way, by the same people.

We roast in small kettles so every bag comes out evenly glazed, never mass produced weeks in advance.
