The first time I tried Totally Nutz I accidentally entered into a committed relationship with pecans, cashews, and almonds. The smell alone should come with a warning label because once you catch a whiff, your wallet has already accepted its fate. Every nut is perfectly roasted, coated in just the right amount of cinnamon sweetness, and somehow manages to disappear faster than I can convince myself to "save some for later." If you're looking for an addictive, ridiculously delicious treat that will have your family asking where you hid the bag, this is it. How long do candied nuts stay fresh?

Stored in an airtight container at room temperature, our candied nuts stay fresh for at least 4 weeks. Keep them in the refrigerator & they’ll hold for up to three months or freeze for longer storage without losing crunch. We generally don’t realize how long roasted nuts will stay fresh & tasty under the right conditions. All our gift boxes contain sealed bags after we fill & package your order for optimal freshness until they’re unsealed.
Our raw nuts have a shelf life of up to 2 years, & we never keep them longer than about 6 months in proper dry, cool storage.

Yes, we are happy to ensure that our nuts are vegan-friendly, even down to the sugar processing, & gluten-free. Totally Nutz provides a great healthy option for snacking for those that are vegan and/or have a gluten intolerance. Our raw nuts have a shelf life of up to 2 years, & we never keep them longer than about 6 months in proper dry, cool storage.

Yes, our event cart includes a German roaster that creates small batches of fresh candied nuts with our signature seasoning throughout your event, so guests get the smell & the warm, just-roasted crunch, not pre-bagged product.

NO. We intentionally do not sell or roast peanuts in our roaster at all. When we offer butter toffee peanuts during the holiday season, those are roasted elsewhere & not in our roaster. We take great care & are super empathetic to those with allergies. All of our nuts are tree nuts, so please be aware. We always carry EpiPens & first aid kits onsite in case of emergency & are trained to intervene via CPR/AED/First Aid & SafeServ Food Handler certifications.
Yes, we are permitted, vetted, & regulated by the City of Greensboro, Guilford County Health Department, & the North Carolina State Department of Agriculture. Our cart contains a handwashing station & if 220V power is not available, we have our own EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 electric, battery-powered, super-quiet generator to power our setup without worry. We are fully insured above the minimum standards set forth by the law & can easily provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs). We hold certifications in SafeServe Food Handlers, CPR/AED/First Aid, Stop the Bleed, Project Management Professional (PMP), & Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I.
Yes, we can work out a bulk deal to deliver fresh roasted nuts at your discretion & convenience, if roasting on-site is not feasible. Isn’t there not much better than snacking on nuts enjoying a ball game with your family, friends, & community rooting on your favorite team?

We made this very straightforward. Any online order over $75 before taxes includes FREE shipping. Any order under $75 before taxes is $10 flat rate. Our packages ship either USPS or UPS with tracking information provided.
